TT50 Xtreme goes [email protected] in first weekend of testing

Just got back from the NMRA Bradenton event this weekend, and things could not have gone better. I’d like to give a huge thanks to Jake Long and Jon Lund-two of the best guys to partner with on a project like this. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Michael at L&M Engines for an incredible engine. He made the trip down to Bradenton to hang out and see how the car did.  I’d also like to thank Evolution Performance for having us in their midway spot. They had some great results this weekend as well.

It took us a few passes to figure out how to get a decent 60 ft. Keep in mind this is not intended to be a drag car, so the converter isn’t optimal for spool at the line.  It’s built for strength. But by the end of the weekend, we able to get a 1.61 60 ft. out of the car and it paid off big time. On only 21 psi, the car ran a blistering [email protected] The car still has a bone stock transmission and stock rear end. Hats off to Ford for building such great factory parts. Next up for us is the Texas Mile at the end of this month, so be sure to stay tuned!
